You can go to Settings -> Plans the click Cancel.
I can't find billing menu?
Please go to Settings -> Billings. You will be able to see it once you are in Settings. You can also download your paid invoices.
How do I extend my trial with EcomLight?
EcomLight doesn’t have any extensions of the trials.
What is the frequency of update for EcomLight products list?
Everyday! The number of products we add on a daily basis is determined by the quality of products available on the EcomLight Market; we focus on the value of the products rather than the quantity because the product must meet the winning product criteria. Our product list is growing at a faster rate every day, and we're working to add more categories.
Is it possible for me to use the video ads that come with the product data in my campaigns?
We merely utilize them to show the user the engagement rate, and you can use them in your advertising if they're not watermarked with the logo of another Store or brand; if that's not the case, attempt to find a clean one; otherwise, you'll have to design your own or use a post type other than a video.
Is it possible to keep the products for future reference?
Yes, EcomLight allows you to effortlessly save and store your favorite products so that you may revisit them later.
Is it okay if I utilize EcomLight product images?
Yes, we've prepared clean, high-quality, and detailed product photos for use in your store and advertising campaigns.
Which methods of payment are accepted on EcomLight?
We accept many payment methods. Although it is dependent on location, in general we accept major cards including: VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, American Express.
How much does it cost to join EcomLight?
